Service Description

During the 2-hour session, ketamine is administered via intravenous (IV) drip infusion or multiple intramuscular (IM) injections. Here is the breakdown: The first 15-20 minutes of your 2-hour appointment are typically designated for consultation and preparation before the ketamine is administered to you. Standard procedure at our clinic is to infuse the ketamine over 40-80 minutes depending on your needs, or if you opt for multiple IM injections, the effects of the ketamine will last 40-60 minutes. You will have the rest of the time to recover in your private room. If you feel you need more time after 2 hours, we may escort you to the recovery area where you are welcome to rest as long as you need.
