Please remember: For your safety, you are required to have a ride home after your ketamine treatment. You are welcome to order Uber or Lyft if you don’t have someone picking you up.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. PLEASE NOTE: After your 3rd late cancellation and/or no-show, you will be required to pre-pay for your appointment (meaning you will pay for your appointment in advance, before scheduling). This charge will be non-refundable and will not be added to your credits unless you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Thank you!
