Hi Sandra! We do prescribe troches for patients in certain cases, but we limit it to situations where patients are able to achieve a robust response through the induction series, but can't get good duration of benefits. Using the troches at home is a good way to maintain the benefits between clinic sessions for those patients, but does come with additional risk and is therefore not something we do routinely. I hope that answers your question, but feel free to seek clarification if you need more info!
